How Much Does a Med Spa Website Cost in 2026?
A med spa website in 2026 typically costs from about $5,100 for a template build to $14,500 for a full custom freelance build, and roughly $11,600 to $34,800 from an agency, according to Project Cost Estimator's July 2026 figures. Below is what drives that price, my own pricing, and an estimator so you can see where your project sits before you talk to anyone.
Med spa sites usually cost more than other small business sites because of treatment pages, booking connections, provider profiles and the care needed around medical claims. Every number here comes from a named source or my own price list.

| Starter (template, core pages) | $5,100 |

| Agency range (overall) | $11,600–$34,800 |

These are US figures. Treat them as bands, not quotes: an eight-page site for a single-room clinic and a 40-page site for a three-location practice are different projects.
02 • what moves the price
What makes a med spa website cost more?
| Cost driver | Why it adds work | Can you start smaller? |
|---|---|---|
| Treatment pages | Each needs its own content: who it suits, process, aftercare | Start with categories, add single treatments later |
| Booking connection | Linking your booking platform, deposits and the right treatment | A simple 'Book now' link works to begin with |
| Provider profiles | Photos, credentials and bios for each provider | One team page first |
| Before-and-after gallery | Consent tracking, grouping by treatment, careful captions | Add once you have consented photos |
| Multiple locations | Each needs its own page, hours and booking | Not if you have more than one |
| Copywriting and compliance care | Medical claims need careful wording | Only if you can write it yourself and know the rules |
The hidden cost is wording. A treatment page that is clear, appealing and does not overpromise takes longer to write than to design, and it matters more.

04 • what you get at each level
What does a med spa website include at each budget?
These three levels match the tiers in the published ranges above. Use them to compare quotes like for like; they are not my packages.
| Level | Typical pages | Usually included | Usually not included |
|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | Up to 8: home, treatments overview, about, contact | Template design, booking link, provider section | Individual treatment pages, gallery |
| Standard | 9–15: a page per treatment category | Custom design, booking connection, providers, policies | Multiple locations, full copywriting |
| Premium | 16–30+: a page per treatment | Full custom build, galleries, memberships, integrations, content | Ongoing SEO and ads (billed separately) |
The biggest jump between levels is usually the number of treatment pages. A single 'Injectables' page and separate pages for each injectable treatment are very different amounts of writing, review and design.
Ask who checks the wording
Treatment pages make health claims. Ask any provider who writes them, whether they follow FTC guidance on claims and testimonials (or ASA guidance in the UK), and leave time for your own adviser to review them.
05 • after launch
What ongoing costs should a med spa budget for?
- Domain renewal every year.
- Hosting, from free tiers to a monthly plan, depending on how the site is built.
- Your booking platform's subscription, which is separate from the website.
- Updates: new treatments, price changes, new providers and seasonal offers.
- Optional extras: SEO, ads and review tools are separate costs.
If you are paying a monthly fee for a site you do not own, the rented vs owned website calculator shows what it has cost you so far.
06 • time as well as money
How long does a med spa website take to build?
Time depends far more on content than on code. The design and build can move quickly; gathering provider bios, consented photos and approved treatment wording is what usually takes longest.
| Stage | What happens | What slows it down |
|---|---|---|
| Demo and plan | Homepage design, page list, booking platform confirmed | Unclear treatment list |
| Content | Treatment pages, provider bios, policies, photos | Waiting for adviser review of claims |
| Build | Pages built, booking buttons linked, forms tested | Booking platform access |
| Launch | Go live, Google Business Profile link updated | Domain access |
Get three things ready before you start and the project moves much faster: a final treatment list, a short bio and credentials for each provider, and admin access to your domain and booking platform.
07 • the honest bit
Is a cheap med spa website worth it?
If you are a solo injector building a client list mostly through referrals and social media, a simple, well-written site with booking and your credentials can be enough for now. You do not need 40 treatment pages on day one.
A cheap site becomes expensive when it looks less trustworthy than the clinic down the road, when booking is awkward on a phone, or when copied template wording makes claims you cannot back up. In aesthetics, trust is the product.
08 • before you sign
What should a med spa website quote include?
- Exactly which pages are included
- Which booking platform will be connected, and how
- Who writes the treatment pages, and how many rounds of changes
- Whether the domain is registered in your name
- Who owns the design and code at the end
- What hosting costs after launch

questions
Frequently asked questions
01. How much does a med spa website cost?
+
Project Cost Estimator (July 2026) lists US freelancer tiers of $5,100, $9,800 and $14,500, and an agency range of $11,600–$34,800. Scope drives the price.
02. Why are med spa websites more expensive than other small business sites?
+
Treatment pages, booking connections, provider profiles, galleries and careful medical wording all add work.
03. Is the booking software included in the website price?
+
Usually not. Your booking platform is a separate subscription; the website connects to it.
04. How long does a med spa website take?
+
A small site can launch in a few weeks once content and photos are ready. Writing treatment pages usually takes the longest.
05. Can I add treatment pages later?
+
Yes. Starting with category pages and adding individual treatments over time is a sensible way to spread the cost.
